Service Description

Private one-on-one beginners meditation sessions. Instead of selecting a prescheduled 6 week course this option allows you to book each session at your own pace where we explore and deepen knowledge and practice on an ongoing basis. Together we will work with the 4 pillars of mindfulness for meditation which include: mindfulness of body, mindfulness of feeling (vedana), mindfulness of mind and mindfulness of mental object/focus. We will expand on mindfulness and deepen by unpacking the foundational pillars necessary to build and establish a successful meditation practice. Each class will include knowledge teaching and experiential practice designed to support the development of a 20-40 minute a day practice to begin. During our meditation practice we will use the focus of breath or a simple mantra as an object of focus to apply the principles of mindfulness in our practice.
