Private meditation, yoga, mind-body coaching, and somatic embodiment sessions are available in addition to small group work at our home studio and on Zoom.

We continue to offer the Pillars of Meditation course and the Art of Compassion in Meditation course, which are available for individuals (one-on-one) and small groups who want to learn the necessary foundation for meditation practice. These courses can be booked as individual sessions or as six-week courses available in person and on the Zoom platform live, and they can be booked with a reservation through our online booking app.

Private one-on-one meditation, coaching, and yoga sessions are available again. I look forward to meeting you in person or on Zoom. Sambodha's Solar meditation techniques are only taught in person to support students drawn to awakening.

We continue to offer complimentary Introduction to Meditation sessions upon inquiry. Please send an email, and we will schedule a half-hour complimentary session.
