During this time of social distancing, a one-on-one meditation and mindfulness class is available for individuals who are new to meditation and want to learn the necessary foundation to learn. This course is available on the Zoom platform.  We look forward to meeting in person once the small gathering bans are lifted.


Group classes, workshops and private one-on-one sessions will resume at our studio once the social gathering bans are lifted.  The sacred nature of the solar knowledge is transmitted in person to better support students.


Introduction to Meditation & Mindfulness and our Mindfulness and Meditation 8 Week Course can be booked with a reservation through our online booking app.  


We also offer private yoga and holistic coaching online during this time. Please use our online booking app to reserve an appointment.
