During this time of social distancing, a complimentary Introduction to Meditation session, Meditation and Mindfulness classes and the Art of Compassion in Meditation classes are available for individuals (one-on-one) and small groups who want to learn the necessary foundation for a meditation practice. These 8 week courses are available on the Zoom platform live and can be booked with a reservation through our online booking app.
Group classes, workshops and private one-on-one sessions will resume once the social gathering bans are lifted. I look forward to meeting you in person once the small gathering bans are lifted. The sacred nature of the solar knowledge is transmitted in person to better support students.
