Meditation and Mindfulness course and the Art of Compassion in Meditation course are available for individuals (one-on-one) and small groups who want to learn the necessary foundation for a meditation practice. These 8 week courses are available on the Zoom platform live and can be booked with a reservation through our online booking app

 

Private one-on-one in person sessions have resumedI look forward to meeting you in person or on zoom. The sacred nature of the solar meditation techniques are only taught in person to better support students.
