Every day, your mind is sabotaging your performance, wellbeing, and your relationships. All your negative emotions, including stress, are the result of your self-sabotage.
Positive Intelligence’s breakthrough research-based tools strengthen the part of your brain that serves you and quiet the part that sabotages you.
You handle life’s challenges with a more positive mindset and less stress.
We call this mental fitness.
Most attempts at positive change fail because we stop at insight and don’t build habits. Sustained change towards a more positive mind requires laying down neural pathways to form new habits through consistent daily practice. And that’s what the PQ Program empowers you to do.

The Mental Fitness PQ Program includes daily practice, weekly focus, measurable progress, community support and weekly coaching to move from the saboteur brain to your inner sage (your positive self). Over time moving from self-sabotage to self mastery.

Positive Intelligence POD Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is a Positive Intelligence (PQ) Coaching Pod?
A Positive Intelligence Coaching Pod is a 7-week group coaching program designed to help individuals build mental fitness, overcome self-sabotaging behaviors, and develop greater focus and clarity. Each pod includes access to the Positive Intelligence app, personalized support, and a small, interactive group for collective growth and accountability.
2. Who is this program for? This program is perfect for:
Leaders and professionals who want to overcome self-doubt and enhance performance.
Entrepreneurs and business owners seeking mental clarity to navigate challenges.
Anyone ready to stop sabotaging and lead with confidence and purpose.

3. What does the 7-week structure look like?
The program consists of:
Week 1: Introductions, setting intentions, and understanding mental fitness foundations.
Weeks 2–6: Weekly small-group sessions (pods), supported by daily app-guided practices, focused on identifying and weakening your Saboteurs (e.g., self-doubt, procrastination).
Week 7: Wrapping up the journey, integrating long-term practices, and crafting a personalized plan for sustainable growth.
4. What are Saboteurs, and why do they matter?
Saboteurs are the negative voices in your mind that lead to stress, self-doubt, and unproductive behaviors. Everyone has them (like the Judge, Controller, or Avoider).
This program will help you:

-
Identify which Saboteurs are holding you back.
-
Practice exercises that weaken their influence.
-
Shift into a "Sage" mindset to unlock clarity, creativity, and resilience.
5. What is included in the program?

-
Every pod participant receives: A complete guided curriculum through the Positive Intelligence app and continued access for one year.
-
Weekly 1-hour live coaching sessions with Susannah Weaver (your facilitator). A supportive small group of peers to foster accountability.
-
Tools and strategies for long-term mental fitness and resilience.
-
Additional support via personalized check-ins and coaching emails.
6. How is this program different from other coaching programs?
-
Unlike traditional coaching programs, the Positive Intelligence pod combines science-backed tools grounded in positive psychology, neuroscience, and performance research.
-
Daily guided practices through an app to develop new neural pathways for new habits.
-
Group accountability alongside personalized coaching to accelerate transformation.
7. How much does it cost?
We offer flexible, tiered pricing options to fit your needs:

8. What if I can’t commit to the full 7 weeks?

9. How many people are in each pod?
Each pod is intentionally kept small, with no more than 5 participants to ensure personalized coaching and meaningful group interactions.
10. When does the next pod start?
Start Date: June 1
Early sign-ups are encouraged since seats are limited to 5 participants per pod. Reserve your spot by selecting your preferred tier today!
11. Are the pods co-ed, and what steps do you take to create a safe space?
Yes, these coaching pods are co-ed and open to all individuals. We believe in fostering a diverse and inclusive environment where everyone feels respected and valued. To ensure a safe space, we hold all of our discussions in strict confidentiality within the pods. We prioritize mutual respect among participants.
Each pod is facilitated by an experienced coach, Susannah Tarakini Weaver, who ensures every group member feels heard and supported. Group sizes are intentionally kept small (5 participants max) to allow everyone to build trust and connection throughout the 7 weeks.
