Somatic process work, practices, and breathing techniques are easy to access and can be used by everyone to reduce anxiety and stress.  When we embody a new shape, we increase our capacity for well-being, and our relationships and performance change.

Mind-body coaching is in service of transformation and healing. We work with setting life goals, changing habits and behaviors, and moving toward more ease and freedom. Mind-body Somatic coaching is holistic and includes body, mind, and spirit practices. Coaching is available in person at our private studio but can be scheduled online. I am committed to developing a connection with you to support you on your growth journey.

I specialize in mind-body-spirit therapy, somatic coaching, stress management, energy healing, and life coaching. Our holistic approach focuses on the symbiotic relationship between the mind, body, and spirit to help you embody change, achieve your goals, and live a fulfilling and meaningful life.

With 25 years in the field of Somatics and holistic healing mind-body-spirit arts as a teacher, bodyworker, and practitioner, I have honed an intuitive and integrative approach to physical, mental, and emotional metamorphoses.  I am devoted to ongoing somatic and spiritual self-development, and I take great joy in serving as a mentor for meditation in my spiritual community. I bring this ethos to coaching. I am devoted to love and compassion, and I will walk with you as you move through the limitations and beliefs the mind so eagerly tries to uphold in the face of the challenge you have encountered to find the gift together.

We will work with somatic therapies, cognitive processing, mental fitness, mindfulness meditation, and consciousness. Mind-body therapies teach you how to develop a practice to access resilience, mindfulness, and emotional regulation to reshape the brain to embody a new shape that empowers you to lead a life with more joy and contentment.  I specialize in helping women find wellness and sustainable change in their lives. Certifications include Mind-Body Coaching (Somatic Counseling) and Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapies, Yoga, Bodywork, S.A.T.Y.A., Reiki, Energy Medicine, and Meditation.

Welcome if you are new to meditation! I teach beginners and seasoned meditators. If you are a beginner, I will teach you the foundational pillars necessary to develop a centering meditation practice. To provide you with the necessary knowledge, regular sessions once a week over time are a good start. I share these teachings in the ancient way of teacher-to-student transmission to build a relationship that allows us to integrate knowledge, technique, and practice to receive the support necessary to ground ourselves in regular practice.  If you are already doing a breath-based (Apanasati) meditation, a Mantra meditation, or another technique but still have difficulties experiencing depth in your meditation, one-on-one teaching can help you find important missing keys. Small changes can often open up new levels of depth and ease in meditation. I will do my best to help you to see what is missing. Even more advanced meditators often reach a plateau and encounter the common pitfall of being stuck. Meditation one-on-one sessions can also be helpful here.  I welcome you to book a complimentary resonance session to discover if we are a good fit for a teacher-student relationship on your meditation journey.
