My name is Susannah, and I specialize in relationship and communication coaching, somatics and the mind-body connection, the embodied masculine, and the wisdom of feminine embodiment to move towards change and to discover how to create more harmony in a polarized world. Our holistic approach focuses on the art of relationship both the relationship you have with yourself and with others to support you to embody change, move toward your vision or goal, and to live a fulfilling and meaningful life.

I help people who feel like something is missing inside of themselves or in their relationships. I guide men and women who are ready to learn embodied skills to support their healing and the healing of their communities. Somatics offers us practical tools to move through the world with more awareness, choice, and a fuller experience of our dignity and sense of belonging. The body is a powerful gateway to communication, and to healing from trauma, and generating new ways of being. I enter coaching relationships, understanding that my clients are whole, regardless of the patterns and wounds they bring to coaching. Coaching is not a tool to fix but rather a means to unfold strength and potential and to allow for the space of what longs to be acknowledged and known so that it no longer holds us back. Partnering with me in coaching means you have a devoted mentor in service to compassion and transformation. Supporting you in your metamorphoses is what lights me up!
Somatic practices, communication processes, and breathing techniques are easy to access and can be used on a daily basis to reduce anxiety and stress, and to improve your relationships, well-being and performance. When you change your habits and your patterns, neuroplasticity reshapes your brain, your capacity for change increases and you begin to embody a new shape—not just in your behavior but in how you feel in your body.

The heart of my coaching style is the yoga of relationship. A holistic culmination of over twenty years of work with yoga and bodywork, including massage therapy, subtle bodywork, mindfulness practices, and the art of meditation. Mind-body therapies and coaching techniques work together in a process of transformation that connects you to the inherent wisdom of your body and your essence potential to create the space to allow old patterns to fall away in favor of developing new patterns. Coaching is a co-creative partnership. Through focused attention and effective techniques, coaching guides you as you navigate the duality of grief and joy, trauma and resilience, fear and love through a process of integration to free your potential and your unique expression.​

With 25 years in the field of Somatics and holistic healing as a teacher, bodyworker, and practitioner, I have honed an intuitive and integrative approach to physical, mental, and emotional metamorphoses. I am devoted to ongoing somatic and spiritual self-inquiry, and the spirit of mentorship inspires my approach to coaching. I am devoted to love and compassion in service to conscious evolution, and I will walk with you as you move through the limitations and beliefs the mind upholds in the face of the challenge to reveal the gift. We will create change through mind-body coaching, embodied relationship communication, Positive Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence and somatic therapies to explore how the body communicates and centers through its inherent wisdom to restore the fluidity of feeling where emotional patterns or defenses created rigidity, collapse or blockage. By understanding and working with the body's patterns and emotions, we unlock pathways to change, greater agency, self-compassion, healing, and freedom. When we learn how to let go of resistance and move toward what we care about, even when we are under pressure or there is an obstacle, we grow our capacity to actualize and embody change.

What to expect in a session:
​
We work with somatic therapies, cognitive processing and intentional dialogue, neuroplasticity, guided somatic processes of embodied awareness, mindfulness and resourcing . During a session, I will always guide you in practice between 5 and 20 minutes long, depending on what’s needed. Mind-body therapies offer practices to access resilience, mindfulness, sensory reprocessing, and emotional regulation to reshape the brain to grow our capacity and create new pathways to replace the default habit patterns of limiting beliefs, self-doubt, and self-sabotage with new patterns of strength, resource, alignment and integration from our essence potential.
