This course is for students who have established a meditation practice. An intimate exploration of intuition as a companion to the heart of meditation practice. This course is a weaving of knowledge, principles of mindfulness and compassion, and practice together designed to culture the intuitive guidance within. Tools and homework are used to reveal and to navigate the pitfalls and challenges of meditation and the practice in life with more ease and grace. 6 week course.
