The Dark Goddess and the Shadow

Service Description

The dark goddess invites us to get intimate with our shadows. Amidst a backdrop of the thin time of the year, where the days grow shorter and nights grow longer, the seasonal landscape of the dark within the terrain of women's wisdom offer us an invitation to meet our shadows. Exploration of shadow work includes work with blockages and challenges presented to us by our emotions and patterns of the defended heart. This alchemy work is part of the medicine that I carry as a woman and as one who has been initiated by the dark goddess. The wound, or the shadow comes up to be attended to and the season of the darkness offers the time and space to restore, regenerate and release what may be holding you back. The support of a guide assists this work by facilitating the movement of return so that the shadow can find its fulfillment, its completion. Sessions unfold accordingly to support the unique needs of each person (all genders women and men are welcome). I hold the space as teacher, guide or coach, and as a metaphorical death doula through the use of teachings surrounding mystery, transformational coaching tools, healing and spiritual practice, the wisdom of yoga and the sacred feminine to meet the need of what lies beneath the shadow to support the shedding--composting--deathing process to release what no longer serves you. *Special Sessions available October - December Samhain - Winter Solstice
