This introductory connection session is an opportunity to have a conversation, ask questions, get clarity about your next steps, and explore our resonance for coaching working together.

Cancellation Policy

For sessions and sessions within a coaching engagement to cancel or reschedule, please cancel and reschedule online or contact us within 24 hours advance notice for assistance. For coaching engagements that includes PQ Mental Fitness a cancellation request is only honored in the first 2 weeks of a program.
