Service Title
Female balancing and Lunar Yoga teaches us how to enhance our self-healing powers through the alchemy of emotion, movement and the breath. Develop and hone your awareness to the relationship between suffering and self-care to pay attention to your needs—what we give to ourselves, we give to others. Lunar Yoga nourishes your ability to choose what brings energy, vitality, & joy into your life. We work with asana, pranayama and restorative poses to support the flow of lymph and circulation to allow for hormone balancing and to sense the subtle body currents. Suitable for women in all life cycles.
Cancellation Policy
For sessions and sessions within a coaching engagement to cancel or reschedule, please cancel and reschedule online or contact us within 24 hours advance notice for assistance. For coaching engagements that includes PQ Mental Fitness a cancellation request is only honored in the first 2 weeks of a program.
